Optimizely CMS is the content management component of the platform – what editors use to create and manage content. Optimizely One is the overarching product framework that unites CMS, Campaign (email marketing), B2C Commerce, Experimentation (A/B testing), and Opal (AI) under one roof. Many clients use only parts of the portfolio – typically CMS as the core product, supplemented by Campaign or Commerce. Bright Global can advise on all combinations.
