From Innsbruck to Wrocław - and Now Germany

Two Countries, One Team

As the engineering side of the business grew, we opened a dedicated development hub in Wrocław, Poland - today the heart of how we deliver. The setup is simple: strategy, consulting, and day-to-day account work run from Austria, and the platforms themselves are engineered in Poland.

A third office is opening in Germany, bringing us closer to more of our clients in the region. It is a genuinely integrated model, not an offshore handoff - the people who scope your project in Austria work hand in hand with the engineers building it in Poland, on the same team, to the same standards.

Our Philosophy

Engineered in the EU, Full Stop

Wherever the work happens, it stays inside the EU. We do no non-EU subcontracting, so every line of code and every piece of data remains under European jurisdiction - which matters for GDPR, NIS2, and any organisation that takes data residency seriously. We have also chosen to stay small. With a team of around 20 specialists and an average tenure of more than seven years, the people who scope your project are the people who build and maintain it. There is no account-manager layer relaying messages - you work directly with senior engineers. We call it Direct-to-Expert, and it is the main reason clients stay with us for years.

Who we Are

Bright Global is the trading name of Bright IT GmbH, an owner-led digital engineering agency. We started in Innsbruck in 2007, and the same founder still leads the team today. Over nearly twenty years we have grown into a group of specialists who plan, build, and operate enterprise-grade digital platforms for clients across the DACH region, wider Europe and the US. We are independent and stay that way on purpose: no outside investors, no sales layer, no lock-in - just engineers who own their work.
