The classical nearshoring promise is simple: cheaper development in geographical proximity. That sounds good until you discover that ‘near’ does not mean ‘integrated.’ Many nearshoring models are de facto outsourcing – with a Viennese sales office at the front and an unknown pool of rotating developers behind it. Our model is structurally different. Innsbruck and Wrocław are not separate units.

The team in Austria is working fully remotely, reflecting the wide spread of our clients.
Wrocław is one of Poland’s most significant technology locations – with a strong university landscape, an established international tech ecosystem, and an engineering culture built on methodical, long-term thinking. Our team here is fully embedded in Bright Global projects – not as a supplier, but as an equal part of the team. Many of our longest client relationships are primarily managed by the Wrocław team.
