Why the onOffice integration is the heart of the new website.
For a real estate developer, the website is not a marketing accessory – it is the primary sales instrument. Every page, every project presentation, every form must be aligned to convert interested visitors into qualified enquiries. The requirement to Bright Global was correspondingly clear: a modern, brand-aligned website that not only looks good but connects seamlessly with the existing CRM system (onOffice) – so that enquiries arrive immediately where they can be followed up.
And Why It Takes a Seasoned Partner to Use It Well
Contentful is not the simplest CMS to pick up – and that is precisely what makes it powerful. Its flexibility, modularity, and extensibility mean it can be shaped to fit almost any content architecture, any editorial workflow, and any integration requirement.
For Mischek, that flexibility was essential. Rather than integrating onOffice directly into the website – which would have created performance dependencies and stability risks whenever the external system was slow or unavailable – we built a synchronisation layer that pulls property data from onOffice into Contentful on a regular schedule. Editors can then work with that data in a familiar environment, enrich it with marketing content, and publish it without touching the source system. We also built custom UI extensions inside Contentful to handle the specific workflows of a real estate developer managing projects at scale – features that are simply not available out of the box.
