The initial discovery phase is dedicated to gathering information on the problem you are trying to address, as well as your organisation and processes. We focus on understanding your goals and together we start to generate high level ideas.
In the planning phase we ideate, address solutions and draft plans—based on the information gathered during discovery or based on the outcomes from later project phases (iterations). High level ideas are now planned out in detail for design and implementation.
In the design phase we look into how the solution should look and behave in detail, on both a user experience and technical level. We create tangible output in the form of wireframes or deep down technical architecture planning.
During the build phase your project really comes to life. We finalise user experience and designs, and of course we now also create functional code that powers the solution. We launch your product or solution or start another iteration, from planning and design to build.
